Bluetooth does not work on my 2015 Macbook 12. Can I connect a bluetooth dongle and get the headset to work?

Hello everyone. I installed Ubuntu on my 2015 macbook 12. Everything working except audio and bluetooth. I currently use wired headphones.

If I buy a usb bluetooth dongle and connect it to the macbook can I take advantage of the bluetooth connection to connect headphones?
