Is ccna the best way to learn networking for linux? Or network+? Do you've any course recommendations?

If you mean learning how to configre Network interfaces it will be covered in RHCSA material. CCNA is if you want to become a network sysamin and configure routers and switches and Network plus is a good foundation for networking in general.
