Autorun Process to read the sensor data from Wireless Temperature Sensor

Hi, I have been developing the software for Wireless Temperature Sensor in python language.

I need to know some suggestion which helps to autorun my software in Linux OS whenever I connect the gateway receiver (which using FTDI32)

If this kind process is possible kindly give some suggestion which will be useful for me
