Looks like linux does not do a god job of managing fan by default. But also there is no way known to me to adjust fan speed. It is not pwmable (pwm1_enable is present but not pwm1), nbfc cannot help since no config + all ec registers are shown as 00. asus-fan-control also gives AE_NOT_FOUND.
Most likely, the only way is interacting with smu via: https://github.com/leogx9r/ryzen_smu. but documentation there is awfull (since they are not really sure about each model by themselves), my model is supported but not for monitoring and i am not sure it even can manage fans.
If there is some uefi/bios tool, if there another way, if there is a way to enable ec registers or if you can help me in another way pls tell me
