For a lot of the time Linux does not work that way. You usually don't need to add separate drivers. The exceptions are commonly for wifi or video - but some of them will just work out-of-the-box. Many of the "drivers" are already included in the Kernel.
The question you need to ask is "Does it work?". Is there anything that doesn't work?
If it ain't broke don't try to fix it!
