For a while, there was an easy install for Arch called EvoLution, but that project seems to be drifting toward other goals. I'd recommend it's replacement Architect Linux though that I recently used to put Arch on a Netbook.
Yes, for education purposes, I have installed it by command line using "The Arch Way", but sometimes it's nice to get going without crawling through the tutorial steps or making a mistake.
