Solved Archiso custom offline installation

I build custom iso with archiso and i need to install it now to new empty system from usb stick. I can successfully boot into my custom iso with KDE installed but how can i install all the configured data to new empty system offline? I've read about arch installation and i've seen that i can install it with pacstrap but it's only online. I can also install packages with custom repo, but how can i copy configured data like kde theme's configs and changed ttl? Help please
