this is a desktop [what we use to call a Hack N' Mac style] there are several versions available , all slightly different,
If i had to make a guess, going by the colour scheme I would say the base OS is Ubuntu

click the menu and type in Welcome......the welcome screen may tell you.

I agree with @brickwizard, the base is most likely Ubuntu
