Any way to send mix out from my USB Audio Interface to Skype/Zoom or equivalent as a microphone input?

I have singing lessons over skype or zoom and I have tried many things to get Skype or Zoom to take my USB audio interface mix as input to the microphone on Skype or Zoom and can't get it to work on Windows 10. What happens is Skype or Zoom grabs the mic only and won't take the mix as input. So I wondered if Linux could achieve this? And then I can abandon Windows. I have the behringer xenyx x2442USB audio interface. Windows grabs the mic from it but I can't find any way to make Skype or Zoom take the mix instead (mix is simply the mic input and a backing track). Or is there an alternative to Skype/Zoom that can take the mix?

You might try the solution suggested here https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/558149/play-audio-output-as-input-to-zoom

And read here too https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/576785/redirecting-pulseaudio-sink-to-a-virtual-source

Hope this helps! :)
