Accessing CLI from Linux terminal

Hi.. how can i access a CLI command from linux terminal?
i have many scripts written in my CLI and i want to run those from my linux terminal rather than going into the CLI. can you please help me regarding this ?

Its a bit hard to understand what you are asking.

When you access the Terminal you have reached the Command Line Interface (CLI) (Shell)

You can use either the Terminal Emulator or the Virtual Console.

What distro are you using and what exactly are you trying to do?
