hello i installed ubuntu 21.04 yesterday but ubuntu software application not opening. please help me

I am assuming you mean Ubuntu Software Center - if not please explain the exact name of the application not opening.
open the terminal type in

gnome-software

does it open? If not try

sudo apt install gnome-software

and try to open
