OK so before everyone jumps on the product number , this range has been on the market for many years and still is, if it is 15 yrs old it will probably be either a core 2 duo or core 2 Celeron [or a very early i3 1st gen]
So as it's over 10 yrs old, I stick to my suggestions of a light/medium build, you could upgrade the ram but consider is it worth it,

if it has a traditional plate spinner hard-drive, swapping to a SSD will make a noticeable difference
