Hello... I'm using Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.2 64 bit and I'm using a standard wired mouse curious if it's possible to have the scroll wheel part to move webpages quicker? I have checked System Setting - Hardware - Mouse but it doesn't show any options for the Mouse Scroll wheel movement
