    yeah everything seems that it's working fine and as i said the gpu was working fine on my i3-4160 and on win xp i found : Nvidia legacy driver 304.137 working with Linux Mint 20 & 20.1 x64 xfce on the official mint server i will try it out later for now im just exhausted was trying all night ..

    im pretty sure that i need to do it manually so i downloaded https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/123708/en-us probleme is after i do chmod +x NvidiaDriver.run sudo ./NvidiaDriver.run i get : "you do not appear to have an nvidia gpu supported ...." any solution plz

    i was trying to type shutown and something bizzare happend the desktop normal linux mint showed up but after like 30 sec the pc turned off , anyway i removed the gpu will get into linux and do what u said even tho i think i tried it not sure tho

    i am downloading mx linux right now ill boot it with usb and see if it fixes the problem but i think it will not ill drop this pic here not sure if it helps : the cpu is intel p4 around 3.0 ghz dont remember

    this is what i got : if i try to acess to linux normal desktop etc just like normal users do this is what appears the ram is 1GB if i remember correctly

    Hi there i have P4 old pc that has NVIDIA 7200 GS i tried this gpu on my main pc (i3-4160) and i could acess to linux (i use USB) but when i put the gpu on the P4 it shows like this : i have linux mint xfce (correct if i am wrong but this is the fastest distrubution and interface i can intall...
