So sorry I left you hanging on that message… kids lol. I did remove the connection and added it again, no luck I truly appreciate the help, I think I will contact the seller on Monday and see if they can help me troubleshoot. I will try and remember to come back and update if I get it sorted out

The extender does not show as being connected to this computer so I’m not sure

just the normal WiFi router we have had for a couple of years. But now that you say that, we do have a WiFi extender in the shop, could that be what you are seeing?
