Hello, I'm new user of Ubuntu there is little bit problem in my Ubuntu OS, When I'm start my Ubuntu and getting to slow and hold my laptop screen for 1 minutes and then start, and when I'm using then sometimes also hold my screen as like hang. So, what should I do for that problem please...

I've installed Ubuntu 20.04 LTE, but system settings not opening and too much drain battery of my laptop. Kindly suggest for me best solution. Thanks
