    I probably should have put my question in the off-topics section. As far as I can understand, the problem of high CPU consumption is not due to programs like Rambox, Franz or Ferdium but to the huge need for resources of Apps like Instagram.

    I'm looking for something similar to Rambox, but open source. I tried Ferdiun https://ferdium.org/, it would be the optimal solution but unfortunately it often freezes.
