    Yeah you should stick with companies that actually invest in their products, not Janky Electronics Corp. Warranties are sketchy though, i never buy warranties and i never regret it.

    No, that command just means "change to the current directory". It works but why?

    yeah the most common approach is cd .. which takes you to the parent directory. You can also do this to change to the last working directory you were in. It's useful if you jumped a bunch directories to get to the current one: cd -

    i found that a pretty large percentage of usb drives i bought off ebay were crap, they just don't work. Probably counterfeit. And what's the point of returning something online that was under $10?

    No, I'm personally not surprised at all their website is a little misleading. It does work on windows, yet they warn within their own program that it isn't meant for windows isos when you try to burn one to a flash drive.

    Folks, please try things out before you recommend them. Balena etcher doesn't work for windows isos. At least that's my experience.

    Well yeah, cuz they're both debian. However, installation and usage distro-to-distro is often a different experience.
