Well i translated the post and the OP didn't. That' s basically sometimes giving the benefit of the doubt or having a generosity of spirt. Also sometimes the Op badly translates it; at least if we get both I have the option to get the facts straight from the horse's mouth and translate it...
From what I can deduce the O.P is on a Mac ; which to my limited knowledge has different hardware and uses
as the Op said : OS X 10.9.5 . Funny enough there was a post about a linux Os that might be a fit for macs : https://asahilinux.org
In terms of wacom my daughter is Arty and will at...
pacman is a dream i don't remember any quotes including the text " --fix-missing" so far ; i do however see "checking for incompatibilities" when pacman runs.
Slackware is also sane , never had one instance of dependency hell , but thats because it was mostly down to me , to make sure...
The tedious thing about Arch is updating and if you don't you could run out of room if HD tight or other glitch; apart from that and recent grub issue (reporting of grub breaking OS) ,its been fine.
thing is all the content has been related to your decision to get kali. Maybe time for an evaluation. I just played with kali on usb https://linux.org/threads/kali-linux-on-a-usb-as-a-fixing-utility.41814/post-169306 i found it very responsive, you would hardly know you were using an OS on a...
will have to have a look sometime key is whether the iso can handle a .dat file
But is puppy good due to tools , or that it breaks so often , you quickly learn to fix things ? :^)
i use Arch Linux on my laptop and as fairly widely reported recently a new grub ,broke a few peoples Os's including mine.
This grub:
[[email protected]:~]$ pacman -Qi grub (09-03 14:55)
Name : grub
Version : 2:2.06.r322.gd9b4638c5-3...
got Arch working yesterday. I updated today and noticed there was an upgrade of kernel 5.19.5 ..etc
to 5.19.6
rebooted .. no problem.
Also my grub version is :
[[email protected]:~]$ pacman -Qi grub (09-03 08:56)
Name : grub
Version ...
I think the OP is going to have to consider installing a main stream distro and then install some tools. Language is one barrier and i think they need some more time learning general Linux. The other option was to stick with PArrot and upgrade to a better laptop or PC
ok you can look at kali.org documentation but also i found that some web sites give a good general into : eg
https://www.fosslinux.com/44367/how-to-install-kali-linux-on-your-pc.htm
to my knowledge kali is based on parent distro Debian; so anything you can read up in that would hel pas well
Here i show how you can use kali os live from a usb stick WITH persistence - so you CAN install whats needed to live system:
https://linux.org/threads/usb-linux-boot-ventoy.29944/#post-116948
for misunderstandings, i've suggested that you post YOUR translation and also in your own language ,so...
yes that video shows exactly the problem with update to grub
[[email protected]:~]$ pacman -Qi grub (09-01 16:24)
Name : grub
Version : 2:2.06.r322.gd9b4638c5-3
After timeshift i got 133 updates to install including grub. By NOT running...
