Welcome to the Forum,
Linux stands for freedom...you can choose any Distro and if you don't like it try another unlike that other OS.
Every Distro is different that's the beauty of it...just like cars...who would want them all to be the same.
I went to log in on Google Chrome and get yellow lines running at the top of page and...oops we've run in to problems.
Closed the "oops we've run in to problems" hit F5...I could log in but I clicked one Thread and got...not logged in again.
So the problem isn't just Brave...I'm using Firefox...
I logged in to the site with Firefox...clicked on every Thread for three pages...still logged in. :)
I then logged in with Brave...first Thread...not logged in again...must be something with Brave. o_O
I've been using Brave for about a year and this is the first time it's happened...enough...
I'm using Brave as I have for a long time on this site...I usually get...checking your Browser...which could last a few seconds to several minutes...I'll try a different Browser...fingers crossed.
I logged in just now...went to this Thread and I'm not logged in...I hit F5 and now I am...what's going on ?
I can post in other Threads but for some strange reason not in others...get you're not logged in...am I the only one having this trouble ?
I wanted to post in this Thread...Memory Swap Full...but I can't because it says...you must log in.
But I am logged in...
If I click log in at the top of page...I get this...
What's going on here as it's not every Thread...I thought these problems were fixed.
I didn't grow up with computers..so I had to learn just like everyone else...if someone can't burn an ISO to a Flash Drive they should stay with windowz.
If someone can't use a screwdriver...well what can I say...they might be a genius with computers but wait...you'd have to know how to use a...
Patience exactly...especially when someone claims they can't burn an ISO to a Flash Drive...the easiest thing to do.
They can always use DuckDuckGo..."How to" even comes with pictures...

I noticed from the...
I don't know what you mean...no need to format or partition anything...I plug in Flash Drive...use etcher to burn Foxclone ISO to it then plug in an external HDD/SSD...create a folder and name it...Boot to Foxclone and go from there...same goes for Redo Rescue.
In the 8 years of using Linux Mint Cinnamon I've never installed any Drivers except those for my Printer.
Mint comes with all the Drivers strait out of the box...anything you plug in...Flash Drives...External HDDs/SSDs...Phones...Dash Cams etc work...of cause you can run the Drive Manager if...
Why would you just want to backup Home...wouldn't it be better to backup the whole Drive. ?
Have a look here...

I've never used the grub-customizer for reasons stated here...

The last thing you want is Boot problems.
If you get an email from someone you don't know...you delete it...simple.
As for Write or Burn...doesn't matter to me...just like post...I can write a post or my computer can preform a post...Power On Self Test...again who cares.
At the end of the day people are free to use whatever they like but when I have so much trouble trying to get rescuezilla to work I'll use something else...because it doesn't happen with Foxclone or Redo Rescue.
This is why I never suggested Rescuezilla because it sucks...too many problems getting it to boot and work.
Download Rescuezilla ISO and burn with Etcher...try to open Flash Drive to see files get this...
Re-boot computer...boot to rescuezilla loads English...then black screen...then...
Yes I know because beginners might think you have to restore every file in the Folder but when you click and open the Folder when restoring the Image you see only one line...you select that.
For those who are not scared...here it is...
I named the Folder...Redo Backup Cinnamon 21.1 and the...
