So this morning , I phoned my provider at 8am sharp to register the fault, only to be told it will be 5 days before an engineer can come. I am fed up with the customer service from this crowd and can't wait for the current contract to expire. This is the second time in just over 3 months, the last fault took them 10 weeks to resolve.
