    thank you, I installed it and it appears in my file, when I right click the "package installer" window comes up and says "same version is already installed" but there is still a little lock on the icon. I tried deleting download, restarting and reloading. Is there something else I need to do to...

    yes Alexzee, it is https://www.exodus.io/download/ I downloaded the desktop version. I'm just not sure if the little lock icon is specific to this download or that I have not downloaded correctly or allowed some unlocking function. thanks for your help.

    thanks vrai for the link, any recommendation for the snapshot time intervals, i will not have vital files or work data that needs to be saved, just the similar system restore-type option and should I re run updates now that I installed snapshots, I did get a system error after it ran?

    thank you, i went to timeshift and see a check under timeshift wizard and a no snapshots available, it seemed to automatically check the RSYNC on snapshot type i havent hit OK yet, do not know which i need the BTRFS or RSYNC, should I hit restart or finish on all the first steps? thank you

    I am installing mint19.3 right now and I am in update manager installing the listed "upgrades" there are alot, I hit apply changes, but they say in the new version column "ubuntu" is this okay? also not sure what to choose in the "system snapshot" choice, thank you
