    Hello, Sorry for the late reply. I did find a windows program that seems to run fine in Linux with the use of Crossover from Codeweavers, based on WINE 6.0. I am trying some other suggestions from Codeweavers to see if i can get my original software running. Thanks,Jim

    Hello, I know you are not official LINUX, but thanks for the info. The software I have been using is commercially available called "Autos 2000".     OK well that didn't work. Tried install twice, all seemed go smooth with no errors. I right click on the win .exe file I want to install, choose to open with wine program loader, the little wheel spins but nothing happens.

    I own an Auto repair business, been open for about 30 year's and been using Windows. I would love to dump windows but my management software I have not been able to get to run on Linux. Can anyone recommend an auto repair shop software that would ?
