    You could just start a thread in the 'General Computing' sub-forum.

    As such a post would naturally contain links, a mod would have to approve it.

    I usually do approve such posts though we do prefer it if you're an active member of the community before you start with self-promotion.

    You also need a place so people can download it once it is built - I use SourceForge myself - https://sourceforge.net/ - it is free all you have to do is sign up
