I’ve got one, just trying to get disc to eject :)

It’s slow on the live dvd, I’ll look at trying to reinstall

Just doing that now, black screen with flashing curser top left

Comes up with welcome to grub, then goes to dvd, if I hold alt let it gives me options of hard drive, dvd and another

When I turn laptop on it just has a blank white page, doesn’t do anything. If I turn on a hold c it’ll boot up and let me choose solus to boot, I thought it was fully installed last night, I can still hear the disc chattering and the mouse arrow freezes. I’m letting it sort itself out for a bit

Morning all, I’ve now installed solus 4.1 onto the MacBook, I went for the overwrite macOS on hard disc etc as I intended, thought who dares wins :) only issue I have is ejection of the installation disc :( Any ideas?

So, hdd is 119.69gb with 73.69gb free, I’m deleting some junk to free up a bit more space. It’s still saying memory 1gb ddr2 sdram on the about this Mac window. Thanks for all the help so far!

Morning, I’ve had a chance to look at the Mac, it’s processor is 2.1ghz intel core duo and memory is 1gb 667mhz ddr2 sdram, looking at most of the install info it’s saying I need 25gb ram, I take it I’m needing a ram upgrade?
