You tube has ceased to function , all i get is the header and a bunch of grey squares where the pictorial selections should be . The loading progress circle spins around but then hangs up, it was working perfectly the previous day ???. Can anyone help please . Using the old version of Linux mint...

Linux mint 19.3 , very strange , the pages suddenly cut out and it reverts back to the screensaver and the icons , it will freeze on youtube too then maybe cut out is this a problem with the system or the poor rural internet connection ?. is it the cache ?. Do i need a clear out ?. Is it time...

The GUI image that you posted is what i,m looking for , like i say i,m new to this. I installed p7zip in the software manager and it shows in the synaptic manager too but how do i bring up the GUI ?.
