Dose this need to rebuid the grub? And how to do it? Thanks very much.

We have lvm installed, and that machine also has mdadm as raid software, there is /dev/md1 on it as well

Hell Jack! So I was wondering what option did you see after that screen? Can you not select any other options?

Disabling RAID makes this more complicated.
Using LVM partitioning makes this more complicated.

Since I don't have the skill to actually fix your problems (or tell you how to), what I would do myself is:
1) boot on a Linux USB
2) backup any important data from the hard drive to USB, DVD, or other location
3) check BIOS settings (making sure RAID is not enabled there)
4) format the hard drive and install fresh new Linux operating system
5) restore the data, as needed, from the backup made in Step #2

Sorry I can't offer any better advice than that. :(

Good luck!

Thanks very much. And I have reinstall it. But there is many errors during it, later I will give you the message. Thanks.
