I have an assignment, "Use gpg to sign and verify open source software".
-I have created key,
-Extract the public key and output it in ASCII readable format.
-Verified " https://52.56.46.48/pgp/mypubkey.asc,
- But can't publish it by using " gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --send-key [email address removed by moderator]"

If some expert can help me to solve this issue or provide a step-by-step easy document so I can complete my assignment.

Hello Noor, and welcome. I removed your email address to protect you from being spammed... it is not a very good idea to post your email in public. Anyone who wishes to help you can understand that your email address was part of the command originally, but it is not needed to help you.

I have no experience with public key cryptography, so I am not able to help. But be aware that many people do not want to help with homework assignments, as you are asking. If someone solves your assignment for you and posts it here.... you may get a good grade, but you will have learned nothing. And will you return to have your next assignment completed here for you? And the next?

Please understand that I am not trying to be mean or prevent your learning. We want you to learn. Really learn. Your instructor should help you, if needed. You may have fellow classmates or tutors who could also help you. And people here will be willing to help too.... but it would also be good to show your efforts to solve your problem(s) yourself.

In your post above, it looks like you have created your public key already.... but I get a "potential security risk" warning from my web browser (Firefox) on your link, so I am not following it to view the key. Maybe someone with more knowledge will tell us if there is any reason for us to actually see the key... maybe we don't, just like we don't need to see your email address.

Good luck!
