I want to create a window manager for my lfs using qt5 toolkit for x windows, like that of kde.Wm should also render 3d effects .Any help where to begin?

Wow, that is a lofty goal... and way beyond me. How about starting by getting the KDE source code and making it compile for your own use. Then take that code, study it, and fork it to your own tastes. Good luck!

KDE is not a Windows Manager, it's a Desktop Environment. Do you wish to create a Windows Manager or a Desktop Environment?
