Linux mint installation problem

You can only try

For some reason it's not loading the correct amd Graphics driver. It's loading ati:vesa and it should be AMDgpu.
That is a kernel function. But it may be worth a try to install the driver from AMD or through the PPA found here.

silly question.

The ssd...what was on there before you installed linux there ?

im going to type another overview of my problem because i missed some stuff in my original post:

when i install linux mint onto a usb and then flash it to my ssd (wiping everything) it doesnt turn on or blackscreens.

my full hardware list is:

i3 10105f
msi b460m pro vdh wifi
16gbs of g.skill ram
an asus rx580
a kingston a400 ssd
a corsair cv450 power supply

It might the AHS stands for advanced hardware support, I am not saying fully install just run it live and see

it wouldnt be possible that i dont have secureboot enabled by accident right, because i couldnt find it in my mobo bios when i looked

Your motherboard was released in 2020, I doubt that it doesn't support UEFI/secure boot.
