Come on, Tariq, you know the drill by now.

You MUST tell us more, we are not able to read your mind.

And it is a waste of our time to hunt back through your posts to find you are using Linux Mint and which version.

Spell it out.

The whole world is going through tough times, don't make it harder for us to help.

I did this. It didn't work. The wire connection appears on the contact list in gray, written offline.

The system is not seeing the RTL810xE ethernet card. This is because you have the r8169-dkms driver installed, which works fine for the RTL8111/8168/8411 ethernet card, but not the RTL810xE. Recommend uninstalling the r8169-dkms driver and install

or here
which is where the first above driver comes from

what directory is the autorun.sh file in? generally it should be in Downloads when you downloaded the file and then extract it there, looks like you open your terminal on the desktop and not inside the extracted folder.
tarek@Inspiron-N5110:~$ - I would expect to see -
tarek@Inspiron-N5110:~Downloads/realtek-r8101-linux-driver-master/
after you extracted it and the terminal should be opened inside the realtek-r8101-linux-drive-master folder after extracting the zip file then run
Code:
sudo bash ./autorun.sh

Code:
 sudo bash ./autorun.sh

your terminal is still not in the directory where the autorun.sh file is located - that is why it does not see it
