Will Puppy Linux work on my microsoft surface pro?

    Yes , I am a completely noob at working with linux.. so my question is will booting puppy on a usb flashdrive work on my microsoft surface pro?


    would the touch screen work at all?

    Puppy Linux on a Microsoft Surface Pro

    It means nobody here has considered doing it yet. You may be the first.

    If somebody has tried it and it failed, odds are good they wouldn't report it.

    So if you do try it, let us know what happens.

    Did you end up trying? If so, what was the result? I've tried a live boot Ubuntu via my microsd, and that worked perfectly with surprisingly full functionality. I'm still trying to find more distros that I can use without installing it on my hard drive.
