Want to make your "own" distro?

    I will only believe in "creating a distro" when I make my own package manager and "customize" each kernel release considerably. Otherwise I'm just gluing some ready-made pieces together like a hero...

    Exactly. Seems most of the distros now are just name changes of other "main" distros.
    But "Jimux" has a nice ring to it :D...

    I would like to make my own distro actually. I like the simple workspace I made with Arch on my Netbook.
