I am definitely new to Linux but want to learn by trying a test server.
This looks like a good site to get help, which I'm sure I'll need, but I promise I'll try not to annoy you all with too many questions

Hi Dan C!

I'm just a desktop user so far. I guess I should probably learn about servers too, since it would be cool to have one at home for all my school resources and I could share with other home-schooled kids or something. I'll start reading the Server threads just to see what it's about. Anyway, welcome!
