I've always used GIMP, but does anyone know of a more lightweight image viewer & basic editor? I'd only really need basic image manipulation like cropping etc. similar to M$ paint.

It seems all my online searches come up with more "suites" like GIMP that are awesome, don't get me wrong, but can be overkill when i'm just looking to just crop or copy/paste an image heh.

I use Pinta Image Editor, it's a nice mix of paint and some tools from Photoshop, I know it works on Ubuntu, but I don't know does it work on other distros. Maybe someone knows?
