Move audio in video around 400 miliseconds

    Hello,


    i have an .avi videos where sound track in them isaround 400 miliseconds late. Please which command line tool i can use to move audio/video track so it is in sync?

    thx, these are large avi and i have them on remote server, this server has CentOS 5.x. I can create new Virtual server and intall Ubuntu 10.04 + LXDE on it. But its alot of HDD writing. Just thought there can be an plain command line tool.

    tried to install avidemux and run in fluxbox graphic environment, but on video play i see errors in console like
