Just thought I would introduce myself. I am a mint user from the UK.

I have been trying for a while to upload an avatar and they all fail saying invalid file. The images were 100x100 and I tried an upload from my PC and from a URL and it won't have it.

Welcome! I gave up on trying to upload an avatar. I have read other complaints about the same issue.
