I'm running Kali on my Gateway NE56R41u and an injection test with aircrack-ng showed no injection. Is there a fix for this without buying a new card like a patch or an ext wifi adaptor???

I just checked the driver compatibility list on the aircrack-ng list and didn't see mine...does this mean I'm out of luck???

I must have found the wrong version of the wireless card.

If your driver is not on the compatibility list, you are probably out of luck. Chances are there is no patch.

I kind of expected that. It's not a real big deal as I don't think I'll need to be cracking too many wifis but nice to know I could if needed. lol
