    Hi to all !

I am a new member and I would like to ask how can I find the ISO-image file to create a LiveCD. I have an old Fujitsu Amilo pro v2020 laptop and I am thinking of doing some tests on it. Also can some tell me if by booting from a livecd you must do an installation of the OS or you can just run a programm in Linux enviroment?

    Thank you for everything

    Look here: http://livecdlist.com/operating-system/linux

You do not have to install. BUT, with one or two exceptions, when you switch off anything you added will disappear.

There are other ways to try Linux without messing up your Hard Drive. Look at http://www.everydaylinuxuser.com/2012/09/5-ways-to-try-linux-without-messing-up.html

(WUBI is to just about defunct)
