Cant download wine neither playonlinux

    That only partly helps. There are ways of disabling lines and we can't see the full lines...

    If they have: #
    at the beginning of the line they are disabled.

    If you have lines which start: deb
    You need them

    If you have lines which start: deb-src
    That is source code and you probably don't need them


    So, you could edit the lines yourself and make sure that there is a: #
    At the beginning of lines which start:deb-src
    And nowhere else...

    Could it be that you have broken packages which are held back?

    Try the command: sudo apt-get install -f

    If that doesn't work try:
    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get autoclean
    sudo apt-get clean to
    sudo apt-get autoremove
