Accessing a usb connected device

    Hey all,

    in need of some assistance.
    have this iriver cover story EB05
    would like to hack the damn thing, but when looking online for information about usb devices, got lost.
    already have looked at openinkpot. but it doesn't help me along.
    am unable to find the access point for the system files.

    anybody that can help, please advice.

    Hey,
    no, have missed that post.
    Can see the SD card and the internal flash drive.
    but can't find the root directory where the system files are installed.

    I don't think you are allowed to by any system. Only ROOT access is allowed. IE you have to root the device...
