    Hi all! Please Help.
    I have just installed samba server (3.6.9-151.e16) on my CentOS and I have trouble with configuration.
    I have a folder - "share" on the server and I configured rights as 0777 to it and to the folder /mnt, where it folder is. Then I changed the folder owner as "nzto". Also, I created user - "nzto" and created samba user "nzto" and put them to the file "smbusers".

    My problem is I can't access to the folder "share" with full access. I can just read but cant write.
    I log in to the server with account "nzto".
    Why it happens? I experimented with configuration but nothing helps.

    Here follows the configuration file:

    [global]
    workgroup = nzto
    server string = Unix
    hosts allow = 192.168.100.
    hosts deny = all
    log file = /var/log/samba/%m.logmax
    max log size = 1024
    security = user
    encrypt passwords = yes
    username map = /etc/samba/smbusers

    [share]
    path = /mnt/share/
    public = yes
    browseable = yes
    read only = no
    writeable = yes

    [mnt]
    path = /etc/samba/
    public = yes
    browseable = yes

    Have you restarted smb after making changes?
