I am new to the Graphics system setup ........
Need to install the Wayland+QT in the base kernel version 3.8.Suggest me the procedure to install it and require the flow sequence of the QT and wayland without X11.

Qt is a X11 toolkit and has little to do with the kernel - it's usually in your distribution's repositories so just install it from there. If you need developer files install the relevant dev packages.

Wayland is an experimental replacement for the X Window System (X11R6) (well on the average desktop anyway) - if it's not in your distribution's repositories, then you will have to do some serious reading and build it from source...

Any particular reason as to why you "need" Wayland...?

Thanks for the response ........
Wayland is our requirement

No problem ........

Who is "our" and what distribution is this entity using?

Addressing "our": Why is Wayland your requirement? You won't find Wayland replacing X11 in many stable distributions (if any) - most distributions are in the early stages of adopting it as an alternative to X11.
