Linux Mint 16 Menu?

Hi, I'm new to linux based OS and I really like the menu style what I think is linux mint 13. I want to install mint 16 because it's the latest release but the menu style is different. Is there a way to change it? The screenshot is of the menu that I want.

Your screenshot is the menu for the MATE Edition of Linux Mint. It is the same menu for version 16 (Petra) as it is for version 13 (Maya). Your screenshot shows the "Favorites" menu... notice in the top right corner that you may also select the "All applications" menu, which will change the appearance slightly.
