Hi,

I have tried so many distro which I can easily set up for playing games. I have both Intel and Nvidia graphic cards in my notebook. I couldn't set my drivers up in so many distro(Ubuntu, Mint, Fedora, Mageia...) Is there a good distro which comes with a 2 graphic card support or is there a good distro which I can easily set this thing up ? (I like Mageia most, if someone knows how to set it I would be very happy too.)

Sorry for my bad English.

Arch Linux, CRUX or you can build own distro... (kernel.org) And from UNIX family (Net) BSD or Unix Ware.

1) What is the MAKE and MODEL of your notebook?
2) Why could you not set up the drivers in e.g. Ubuntu? What EXACTLY happened when you tried to do so?
3) What are the MODELS of your graphics cards? Are we talking analogue or digital?
4) What is your setup? A Notebook will have a screen. Are we talking TWO external screens?

1) Lenovo Z500
2) When I install Nvidia drivers the GUI doesn't show up, or shows up broken.
3) Nvidia 740M and Intel HD4000
4) There is no problem while using distros out of the box, I can connect my VGA monitor to the laptop easily, but when I tried to install Nvidia drivers as i said GUI brokes.

I know this is an old post but I've just install PCLinuxOS and it works perfectly with NVidia even on the Live DVD! It even has an NVidia Display Settings manager.
