How can I test a router?

Frankly I am pretty mad at the ISP. If they knew of the issues why did they not say so when we switched? Because they just care about money. And all the time they spent blaming the router when the KNEW it was not the reason.
 


All ISPs over subscribe to a certain degree. Sounds like they did not keep close track of their metrics to know that they were approaching saturation. Just one of those things.
 
Good that they acknowledged they have a problem with their service. I hope they will now FIX IT quickly for you. Good luck!
