OK, I signed up, now what?

So I just signed up. Work in Hatfield, for a startup that sells "Senior Computers". Linux-based senior computers. I'm an engineer. Most of what I do relates to making the hardware and software play nice together. Right now, I'm digging through the Xorg server sources working on a touchscreen tracking bug.
