Can I watch a Forum/Panel/Board?

Hey there,
First line is 2 say I love tihs place! Cheers to You!
Here's my question, and sorry if its a false question or dummy
I can watch a thread, but I dont know how to watch an entire panel, say, I would like to get na alert or e-mail whenever a new thread was posted on Linux Networking, or Server Security.
Please note I'm not talking about the RSS.

There may be an option in the settings..wow..never thought about that thing..if you do find something than do post out here..in the mean time i will look forward to it as well.

Anyway, I would expect some sort of answer here.
Lets hope they're getting ready to implement it. That justifies so much time to get an answer
