Hey everyone, I'm very new to the whole Linux thing, this is a first for me.
I want to install Linux along with my Win 7.
Here's what happened:
I downloaded Fedora 17, followed the instructions to create a LIVE USB and a CD (I made both just in case)
I turned off my computer, booted from the USB and CD (tried both several times even burned a few new CDs) and all of the trials ended up with a grey screen and a blinking cursor. I saw somewhere that maybe it took a while to install so two of the trials I left them overnight to install. I woke up in the morning to the grey screen
Please help?
Computer Info:
Asus CP6230
CPU: Intel Pentium G630 2.7 GHz
Win 7 Home Premium 64bit
I'm not very techy...but whatever information you may need, please give me instructions and I will get them for you.
