KDE gestures you to easier computer control, Dec 18, 2007

KDE gestures are a way to assign mouse movements to certain tasks. With the right customization you can control your computer by moving your mouse around like a mad conductor. OK that is a bit overboard but you get the point.

I have said it before and I will say it again. Linux seems to me to be the fastest growing operating system in the history of computing. It has diversified so much that it is running more devices than any single operating system. Even if you are a devout windows, mac, BSD or UNIX advocate I will bet that you will be using a Linux device and not even know it.

I have now been Microsoft-Free at work for about 7 weeks. I have also found solutions for almost all of the initial hurdles I encountered in the first week. Here is the list:
